Nia Workshop

Well sitting back and relaxing enjoying some family time I reflect on this morning's workshop which despite some technical hiccups went relatively well. A group of women enjoying moving, being themselves with no restrictions, much laughter shared and having my friends rise to the occasion when I needed them. All in all it was a good morning.
